Preview à ARMA di TAGGIA (I)
Vendredi 1er Février Une « Preview » au Top !!!
La Saison 2008 du WEC s’annonce passionnante….
La Preview organisée ces jours derniers à Arma di Taggia (Italie) sur la côte Ligurienne l’a confirmé !
Hormis, Husaberg (bloqué en Suède dans l’attente des machines 2008), tous les Teams officiels et usines avaient fait le déplacement y compris de nombreux Pilotes ou Teams Importateurs.
Cette participation record pour une « présentation » fut également confirmée par la présence massive et très diversifiée de la Presse Internationale qu’elle soit écrite ou télévisuelle.
DAVID KNIGHT : Invité d’honneur !!
Organisée de main de maître par le Moto Club de San Remo et la commune d’Arma di Taggia, cette journée coordonnée par le staff d’ABC Communication et placée sous l’égide de la FIM, représentée par Marco MARCELLINO, Vice Président de la Commission Enduro Rallye Tout Terrain, accueillit même un invité d’honneur prestigieux en la personne d’un certain David KNIGHT !!!
Celui-ci ne pût s’empêcher d’enfourcher une KTM, l’après-midi afin d’évoluer au milieu de ses futurs rivaux (Il a confirmé son retour en Europe en 2009 !!) sur la spéciale tracée à même la plage d’Arma di Taggia !!!
Et voir les SALMINEN, AHOLA, ALBERGONI, MERRIMAN, ERIKSSON, AUBERT, ARO, GERMAIN, TARKKALA, CERVANTES et consorts fût un spectacle de choix apprécié par les nombreux spectateurs présents !!
Et à moins de 6 semaines du coup d’envoi du WEC (GP MAXXIS de Suède àOstersund, les 15 et 16 Mars), cette Preview avait un fort « parfum » de Test officiel malgré la décontraction et la bonne humeur qui y régna toute la journée.

February Friday 1 st A « Preview » at the Top !!!
The 2008 Season of the WEC seems to be very thrilling….
The Preview organised last days in Arma di Taggia (Italie) on the coast confirmed !
Except, Husaberg (blocked in Sweden in waiting the 2008 motorcycles), the whole Officials Teams and Factory were presents, and also many riders and Importees Teams.
This record participation for a « preview » was also confirmed by the massive and very diversified presence of International Press.
DAVID KNIGHT : Guest star !!
Perfectly organised by the Moto Club de San Remo and the city of Arma di Taggia, this presentation, coordinated by ABC Communication and with the aegis of the FIM, represented by Marco MARCELLINO, Vice President of the Enduro and Cross-Country Rallies Commission, welcomed also the known rider David KNIGHT !!!
He was not able to prevent ride on the KTM motorcycle in the afternoon in order to perform rider with his future rivals (He confirmed his coming back in Europe in 2009!!) on the special test located on the Arma di Taggia beach !!!
And watch SALMINEN, AHOLA, ALBERGONI, MERRIMAN, ERIKSSON, AUBERT, ARO, GERMAIN, TARKKALA, CERVANTES and others was a great show appreciated by the many spectators present !!
Only 6 weeks before the beginning of the WEC (GP MAXXIS of Sweden in Ostersund, March 15/16), this Preview were like on official Test in spite of the relaxation and the good mood of everybody.
