AMA ENDURO : PIRELLI TIRES ANNOUNCE ALMOST $200,000 IN CONTINGENCY FOR THE 2008 CAN-AM GNCC SERIES

Pirelli Tires announce almost $200,000 in Contingency for the 2008 Can-Am GNCC Series

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (Jan. 8, 2008) – Racer Productions, promoters of the Can-Am Grand National Cross Country Series (GNCC), announced today that Pirelli tires will award $188,110 in contingency monies for motorcycle participants in the 2008 Can-Am GNCC series.

Pirelli Tires, Racing Manager, Josh Whitmire, stated: « After a very successful 2007 season we’re happy to increase our support for the GNCC riders. Pirelli Tire North America is committed to off road racing and we look forward to being part of the GNCC family for many years to come. »

The 2008 GNCC season kicks off March 1-4 at The Triton in Melbourne, Fla. ATV’s will practice Saturday, March 1 and race Sunday, March 2. Motorcycles will practice Monday, March 3 and race Tuesday, March 4. For more information, please visit www.gnccracing.com.
